In the course of our restart, starting with hmm.info and smartlab.org, we have now also visually re-immersed the smartLAB support page and given it a better overview. Our support was previously managed with an external tool, which was more limited and offered less flexibility. Not least to offer better service, we have now changed this and want to create a forum in the future where we can offer our customers a better exchange when it comes to information and suggestions for improvement.
